Introduction

For more than four decades, I've guided individuals and families with compassion through end-of-life transitions and loss, helping them explore meaning, building understanding, and develop ways to cope.

In 2018, I lost my youngest son two weeks before his 25th birthday, and in 2024 my daughter-in-law. These profound and unexpected losses reshaped my life and inspired me to share supportive guidance on a broader scale and through multiple platforms.
